Talent Acquisition Coordinator



We are looking for someone who wants to make the difference in a project that will revolutionize urban mobility!

You can be the one to to start our Operations Recruiting team. The operations recruiting team will build and manage a huge recruitment project, that is one of the most strategic projects at Yellow.

What You’ll Do



You'll manage a full cycle recruiting process for high volume customer service roles across multiple cities for Latam (starting in São Paulo).

  • You'll be responsible for managing a third partie partner, and help them build the best recruitment process that has to be aligned with our Ops strategy;
  • You'll work very closely with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, managing expectations and building outstanding client relationships along the way
  • You'll balance speed and efficiency with creating magical candidate experiences during their recruiting process
  • You will also be responsible for all onboarding experience at Yellow;


What You’ll Need



  • High volume recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordinator experience in a fast-paced department or organization
  • Expertise in managing candidate pipeline and executing against a timeline
  • +5 years in a recruitment position
  • fluent english
  • must love bikes ;)
