About your job:
The tech recruiter will help us build and manage a huge recruitment project, attracting and hiring people that add to our culture.
What you’ll do:
- You'll manage a full recruiting process for high volume to tech roles.
- You'll work very closely with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, managing expectations and building outstanding client relationships along the way
- You'll balance speed and efficiency with creating magical candidate experiences during their recruiting process
- Collaborate with initiatives to promote candidate attraction to our pipeline
- You will work in constantly changing environments and enjoy the atmosphere of autonomy and speed of start-ups;
What you’ll need:
- Solid experience on running recruiting processes for tech positions, end-to-end;
- Experience in high volume recruiting in a fast-paced department or organization;
- Advanced english- you'll be part of a truly global team :)
- Must love bikes & scooters ;)
