Marketing Manager - Yellow Pay

About your job:

Yellow was created to bring people better transportation options for short distances. Our bikes and scooters must be accessible for everyone, and our payments platform is key for allowing them to pay for our services.

In addition, we’re building from scratch our digital wallet, Yellow Pay, targeted especially at the under-banked community.

This role's main objective is to grow Yellow Pay’s usage and relevance through key partnerships. Always with our customer in mind and with a Latin America’s perspective.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing strategy and communications tactics for Yellow Pay, always to bring customers and partnerships for the business.
  • Control the metrics and success of our day by day operations.

Double click in your routine:

  • Create the marketing plan for Yellow Pay – considering business objectives, consumer and partnerships insights, the competition scenario and, of course, Yellow’s masterbrand approach.
  • Develop the communication tactics for Yellow Pay, working together with Content & Creativity and Media Channels teams.
  • Manage and report the results of the campaigns and communication efforts (with business and media KPIs).


  • 4+ years experience in advertising agencies or in marketing positions - especially in Strategic or Planning roles.
  • Communications, Marketing or similar graduation
  • Fluent in English. Spanish as a plus.
  • Communicative (both in verbal and written)
  • Analytic and pragmatic attitude
  • Strong sense of commitment and delivery focus
