The City Operation team is the one that takes care of our users. It's the one responsible for all the plan to get users, engage them and implement all the campaigns for it. Someone that is going to be very analytical and great execution all day everyday, to get a better performance than the day before. Make partnerships to increase awareness and bike usage.

Here you are going to be responsible for:

  • User acquisition and engagement
  • Local marketing plans
  • Local partnerships
  • Users knowledge
  • Users performance and revenues KPIs

Double click in your routine:

  • Responsible for user acquisition
  • Responsible for all user KPIs performance
  • Responsible for bike usage KPIs
  • Ownership of Yellow’s grow in the City
  • Responsible for the local budget
  • Support the fleet manager to balance the bike distribution
  • Work together with product and customer service to increase the users experience

Our requirements for this position are:

  • 3+ years experience operational/analytical experience gained in operations management, consulting, investment banking or marketing
  • Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Solid understanding of a variety of business models
  • Masters (MSc.) degree in science/engineering, economics, finance or similar field
  • Entrepreneur attitude and a hands on approach
  • Relevant experience in a fast paced business environment is a plus, specially ride hailing or other O2O business
