The Recruiter will support the full-cycle recruiting for Operations and Corp Positions from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Also will work closely with the department managers supporting them with the hiring needs.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

What You’ll Do

  • You'll work very closely with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, managing expectations and building outstanding client relationships along the way;
  • You'll balance speed and efficiency with creating magical candidate experiences during their recruiting process;
  • You´ll responsible to create new recruiting strategies.

Recruiter requirements are:

  • High volume recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordinator experience in a fast-paced department or organization
  • Expertise in managing candidate pipeline and executing against a timeline
  • +3 years in a recruitment position
  • fluent in english
  • Must love bikes ;)
  • BA/BSc degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
